This property is situated in a particularly pretty part of the Somerset countryside, in a secluded rural location. The village of Wedmore is three miles from the property, and is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing afternoon of browsing the boutiques, and sampling the offerings in the local pubs, restaurants, or the well regarded deli. Just outside the village, Wilkins Cider is a popular destination for visitors to try an authentic version of this local favourite, and has even featured on Jamie Oliver s TV programme. Further afield, Cheddar Gorge is eight miles from the property, offering picturesque walks, thrilling rock climbing, and fascinating cave tours. A set of external stairs lead to the front door of this property, which opens up to the living accommodation on the first floor. The spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a great space in which to relax and enjoy spending time together, with its comfortable sofas, beamed ceiling, warming wood burner, TV/DVD. The dining table, in the centre of the room, comfortably seats six, beyond which is the kitchen area, which is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Outside, there is a patio area with garden furniture, which is exclusively for guests use, whilst guests also have access to three acres of enclosed wildflower meadows and orchards.
