The cottage enjoys views across open countryside and has been thoughtfully restored with the environment in mind. It is an easy walk up to the village pub, which is highly rated by guests. The Chew Valley lake is a 10 minute drive, where you can enjoy bird-watching, walking and fishing. The Salt and Malt is an award-winning fish and chip restaurant.
The accommodation offers two bedrooms: a main bedroom with superking-size bed which can be converted to twin beds on request and 1 double. Bathroom: with shower and roll-top bath and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Sitting room with flagstone floor (and rug), sofa and armchairs, feature fireplace and wood-burner and smart TV. The kitchen (with hand-built solid wood units) /diner has a flagstone floor, electric oven, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. There is utility room with washing machine and electric airer. Outside there is a gravelled courtyard with a paved seating area in front of the cottage, flowerbeds and a bench in the corner which catches the afternoon sun.
