Stroll through to the lounge and take the weight off your feet, the plush leather sofas are awaiting a perfect evening of relaxation, accompanied by an electric fire to keep you toasty through winter. A pleasant outlook can be viewed from the sitting area, where the private patio leads across the shared lawn and down to the lake, a lovely spot to enjoy an afternoon with a picnic. Upstairs are two coordinating bedrooms; one king-size double and one twin, with a stylish family bathroom serving the two. The local area boasts a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, along with beautiful buildings of historical interest. Enjoy the beaches of Somerset and Devon nearby, or take a trip to Taunton which offers a large choice of restaurants, shops and parks. Visit the vibrant town of Bridgewater, hosting the Blake Museum and Somerset Brick and Tile Museum, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Spend the day in the town of Yeovil, home to a variety of attractions, including Ninesprings Park, Yeovil Country Park, and Abbey Manor Park. Visitors can also enjoy shopping and dining in the town’s downtown area. Further afield, the Mendip Hills are not to be missed whilst in the area, a notable landmark oozing natural beauty and glorious landscapes to be explored. Nearby are the towns of Cheddar and Glastonbury, also well worth a visit. Somerset is a fantastic area for cyclists and walkers.
