Thanks to the property's central location, it makes it perfect for visiting both coastlines, including the pretty harbour town of Watchet, Blue Anchor Bay and Weston Super Mare to the north, and the popular seaside towns of Seaton, Lyme Regis and Sidmouth to the south.
