Elthorne is an attractive 1930's detached house in an outstanding position with views along the coast from Porlock Weir to Hurlstone Point - we guarantee you will not tire of looking at the landscape and the ever changing light across the Bay! This spacious property enjoys panoramic views across Porlock Bay due to the elevated position above the road. There are four bedrooms (one downstairs and three on the first floor) and three bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests,

The sitting room and dining room are situated at the front of the property and have excellent coastal views. The kitchen is to the rear, with utility leading to the spacious downstairs bedroom, which has twin beds. There is a newly added downstairs bathroom plus extra downstairs toilet also. Upstairs there is a family bathroom comprising a bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin. There is a separate shower room with toilet and hand basin. The further bedrooms are a good size with the two front bedrooms having superb coastal views, both with double beds. Overlooking the rear garden is a twin bedroom with built in wardrobe.
The pillows are duck feather, if this is not suitable for you, synthetic pillows can be provided, please make a note on your booking when you make a reservation.
Please note, some areas of the garden are steep and accessed by steps, unsuitable for young children.
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement (maximum of 2). A supplementary fee of £15 will be added to your invoice per dog. Please do not allow you dogs on the furniture or upstairs and do not leave them alone in the property at any time.
Sorry, stag or hen parties are not permitted at Elthorne.
The property will be ready from 5 pm on the day of your arrival. Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay. Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests.
Elthorne is available for week-long bookings with changeover on Friday. Short breaks are also available.
The property is situated off the Scenic Toll Road, but you do not have to pay a toll to get to the property.

This vacation home is located in Minehead. Holnicote Estate and Exmoor National Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Exmoor Adventures and Greencombe Gardens. Exmoor Owl & Hawk Centre and Blenheim Gardens are also worth visiting.
