It has large glass coach house doors bringing in lots of light to a lovely modern white gloss open plan kitchen with beautiful granite surfaces, washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Microwave, Neff Steam Oven and large Neff induction hob. A dining area seating 8 people. Lounge area with beautiful Jetmaster Bath Stone fireplace, Smart TV. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a super king size bed, pocket sprung mattress. All bedding is The White Company goose down. 2nd Bedroom has Kingsize bed with pocket sprung mattress. Upstairs in the attic bedroom are 2 single beds and Kingsize bed. Ideal kiddies den.

Stunning views over Limpley Stoke Valley which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. 5 minutes walk to cycle path and canal. Narrow boats and bikes can be hired from Dundas. There is the River Avon 2 minutes walk with fishing facilities on both river and canal. Also 5 minutes walk to The Hop Pole pub, 10 minutes drive to Bath one way and 10 minutes drive to Bradford on Avon the other. This property is also 2 minutes walk to bus stop which goes to Bath. The coach house is set next to a lovely victorian house called Berkeley House which is also available to rent. There are two outside areas to sit and relax, a patio area outside at the back overlooking a wooded area, with patio table and chairs, and a large grass area up some steps with great views. Area at top not suitable for small children although lower area garden is fenced. Outside there is also a Kettle BBQ, or a 3 burner gas BBQ. Table Tennis Table is provided and is great fun. We also have some outside toys for children stored in a shed which can be put out if requested before your stay. There are stunning views from the property and gardens. Parking for 3 cars.
