It houses four bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor super king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a super king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a family shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, in addition to a ground-floor cloakroom with WC and basin. Additional rooms include a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning fire and a well-equipped utility. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking and an enclosed rear garden with table and chairs. The Old Stables promises a wonderful retreat.

Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, combination oven/microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge, fridge/freezer, TV and WiFi. Bed Linen and Towels inc. rent. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner which includes firelighters, kindling and matches inc. in rent. Off-road parking for six cars. Rear courtyard garden with picnic table and BBQ. Front enclosed lawn garden with river view with garden bench. Strictly only one well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop and pub 5 min off road, riverside walk. Note: Check in is 5pm onwards.

Town: Exford is situated in the heart of the Exmoor National Park, close to Minehead and Barnstaple. Within this village you will find a village green, tea rooms, a shop, Post Office and two traditional inns serving food. For walks, you will find waymarked paths down the Exe and River Barle valleys, as well as Dunkery Beacon, the highest point on Exmoor. The coastal towns of Lynmouth, Porlock and Minehead are also a short drive away.

This vacation home is located in Minehead. Exford Memorial Hall and Caratacus Stone are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Exmoor Adventures and North Devon Hawk Walks.
