This self-contained cottage is within the old dairy on the ground floor of the barn conversion. It has a cosy traditional feel with oak floors and joinery and is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday.

It features an open plan living kitchen dining room. This room opens out onto private garden areas to both east and west creating a lovely bright space. It has a large leather sofa and a living flame effect feature fire for relaxing in the evening: a full well stocked kitchen including dishwasher, plus a separate dining area.

The bedroom has an impressive oak surround bedhead with feature lighting and padded back. The super king bed can be split into twin single beds if required. The bedroom benefits from a large en-suite shower room.

This cottage is suitable for dogs with a secure rear garden area.

It is attached to the owners lovely stone B&B and is surrounded by 6 acres of wonderful gardens, orchards, woods and fields, which guests are free to explore. We are happy to introduce you to a range of animals we keep on our farm.

Well behaved dogs are welcome and the small rear private garden is fully enclosed.

Ideally located for a City Break and with stunning countryside walks from the farm, you will enjoy the perfect getaway.
