Longnor nestles between the Dove and Manifold valleys and provides an excellent starting point for many walks, whether it’s a ramble by the river or for a more challenging walk, there are some serious upland treks. Also, the Tissington Trail is a great cycle route with stunning scenery. The spa town of Buxton and the market town of Bakewell are within easy reach, so there’s plenty to see and do from this romantic cottage whenever you choose to go.
