There is also a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars and a rear garden with a lawn. Applegarth Cottage is the wonderful base for a relaxing break to the Peak District.

The popular theme park, Alton Towers is also within easy reach and well worth a visit.

Located in Stoke-on-Trent, this vacation home is in a rural area and near theme parks. Whiston Hall Golf Club and Churnet Valley Railway are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Alton Towers and Peak Wildlife Park.
