Curlew Barn is a detached property resting within the hamlet of Bottomhouse. It houses three bedrooms with a family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. On the ground floor you will find two shower rooms, complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Also on the ground floor is a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. To the outside, you will find an optional use of a hot tub (£100 supplement), a garden area and off-road parking. Curlew Barn promises a superb stay within the Peak District. Region: The ultimate in "year-round" appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: Located on the western fringes of the Peak District, the attractive rural village of Ipstones is set in moorland countryside between the market towns of Leek and Ashbourne. The village itself offers a post office, village shop and pubs serving food, although other amenities are available close by. The surrounding countryside is excellent for walking and offers miles of woodland trails and moorland hikes to enjoy. Dovedale and the limestone Churnet Valley are within easy driving distance and the Manifold Trail is also close by. Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, and the National Trust's Lyme Park - used in the television adaptation of Jane Austen's 'Pride and Prejudice' - are all easily accessible, as are the National Trust's Ilam Estate and Blackbrook Zoological Gardens.

Located in Leek, this cottage is near theme parks. Churnet Valley Railway and The Old Manor are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Whiston Hall Golf Club and Skyride. Traveling with kids?
