Sitting in lovely gardens on the edge of the historic town of Woodbridge, with a variety of attractions all within a short drive, for day trips and no shortage of places to go and things to see for all ages and tastes. Strolling along the river into the town, guests will find charming streets of character buildings and independent shops, a marina and a wide range of amenities. Slightly further afield is the picturesque Suffolk coastline with RSPB Minsmere, Orford Ness, Snape Maltings Shops and Concert Hall, Aldeburgh and the sandy beaches of Walberswick and Southwold. Venturing inland you will encounter constable country with scenic landscapes and various National Trust properties for sightseers to visit. Guests initially will enter the large porch with ample space for coats and shoes before stepping through to the impressive inner hallway. The property is designed so that the sleeping accommodation occupies one end of the home, there are a few steps leading down to the bedroom accommodation, the entertaining area at the other meaning differing bed times amongst the party are not a problem. The lounge offers comfortable seating for ten guests with mixture of sofas and chairs and enjoys sliding doors out to the patio and pool area, and a Smart TV enables guests to catch up on any must see programmes. The separate dining room creates a great backdrop to any celebratory meal with contemporary table and chairs to seat all. Catering for all is no problem, as the kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook up any banquet with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and to help with the dishes after, a handy dishwasher. The kitchen also features a table and chairs for a less formal spot to eat. The utility room provides a second fridge, washing machine and a tumble dryer. A sun room provides access to and from the pool and has table football to help with any downtime entertainment or to provide a break from the sun. Moving through to the bedrooms, guests will find flexible sleeping options with two king size bedrooms, one with Smart TV, the other king size bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and patio doors giving access to the patio one double bedroom has patio doors leading onto the garden, there are a further two twin bedrooms. Completing the accommodation is a shower room with an invigorating shower followed by nice warm towels from the heated rail and WC, and a separate WC. Occupying a corner location, the large garden surrounds the bungalow on all sides with a lawn area for children to run off any excess energy. Guests are likely to spend much time during the warmer months around the patio and swimming pool, which is heated and available from May to October. (The swimming pool may not be warm until mid May) Take advantage of the garden furniture with canopy and a BBQ enabling al fresco dining, while a summer house holds various garden games and pool floats. There is off road parking for six cars.
