Walberswick is a pretty seaside village on the Suffolk coast with a village green, cafes, deli, pubs and stylish interiors shop and the sandy beach and river. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, characterised by its sand dunes and familiar beach huts. Southwold is just a short walk away, famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.
Size: sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms Beds: 1 x king size bed, 1 x super king size bed, 2 x twin beds.
Accommodation Drawing room: open fire, arm chairs and sofas. Sitting room: TV and sofas and chairs. Kitchen: electric AGA, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, larder with large fridge, freezer, breakfast bar with 3 stools. Dining room: table and 10 chairs, French doors onto the garden. Utility area: washing machine, tumble dryer and hand basin. Cloakroom: WC and handbasin. Ground floor bedroom: Annexe with separate entrance from the garden - twin beds, sitting area. Bathroom: bath/shower over, WC, hand basin.
First Floor: Master bedroom: king sized bed, bedside tables, lamps, built in wardrobes. Ensuite bathroom: shower cubicle, separate bath, WC, hand basin, shaver socket. Twin bedroom: accessed from landing or from the master bedroom with shared ensuite. Bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe. Master bedroom 2: super king bed (zip and link beds, can be separated to provide twin beds. Bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers. wardrobe. Twin bedroom: twin bedroom, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, built in cupboard with hanging space. Family bathroom: newly fitted with bath with shower over, WC and hand basin. Shaver socket. Entertainment: TV For families: family suite Outside: landscaped garden with trees, shrubs, lawn and paved area which is approximately one acre. Parking: parking for 4 cars. Double garage: table tennis table, Room for bicycle storage. Charcoal barbeque stored in the summerhouse. General: WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided. Single beds have double duvets. A small basket of logs and kindling is provided on arrival in the winter months (November-March). No smoking Pets: two medium sized dogs welcome, not allowed upstairs or on the furniture in the house. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property. Please ensure your pets have been treated for fleas prior to arrival. Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
