A property for all seasons, warm and cosy in the winter months with easy to operate digital central heating and ‘gas effect’ wood burning stove - as the temperatures rise and the days get longer, throw open with balcony doors, breathe in the salty air and gaze out to sea.
This lovely holiday home can accommodate 10 guests with six fabulous bedrooms decorated in hues of grey, pink and gold. Living accommodation is spacious with soft sofas in the sitting room, separate dining room and fully fitted kitchen with range cooker and recessed spot lights.
Southwold has some great shops, cafes, delis, pubs and restaurants so you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to dining. Alternatively visit one of the independent grocers, bakers and butchers and cook up a treat. A visit to Southwold wouldn’t be complete without heading off to the pier, dating back to the 1900’s, it was originally built as a landing point for the steamships which use to stop off at the town. Don’t forget to visit the lighthouse - this distinctive landmark at the centre of the town has been guiding vessels into the historical harbour since the late 1800’s.

SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 4: Super king bed with views over the roof tops. Bedroom 5: Single bed. Some sea views. Bedroom 6: Single bed. Door to balcony with some sea views. Shower Room: Walk in shower, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.
Cloakroom : WC. Wash hand basin. Kitchen: Fully fitted units with range style cooker with gas hob, two fridge/freezers, microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast table and chairs.
Utility Room : Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Dining Room : Table and chairs for 10.
Living room: Sitting Room: Comfortable seating, TV, DVd player, gas flame effect wood burning stove.
