Wow! Not only is Centre Cliff in the best location right on the seafront in Southwold… the property is fabulous too!
Sitting in an elevated above the prom and beach, this stunning property has sea views to die for! And the sea facing balcony has to be the icing on the cake - perfect for a totally relaxing holiday with family or friends. Just unwind and take in the fresh sea air.
Outside there’s plenty of space to relax with an aperitif and listen to the sounds of the waves breaking on the shoreline. A treat at any time of year. The beach is just a few steps away so it’s a great option for popping down with the children to build sandcastles while the rest of the party do their own thing in the garden or wander into town.
Accommodation is over two floors with a fabulous fitted kitchen with all the usual appliances you’d expect from a high end holiday property. The sitting room is delightful, beautifully furnished with French doors opening onto the garden and views over the sea. There’s a separate dining room, with large table and seating for all guests. The ground floor has the added benefit of a bedroom, cloakroom and seperate shower room, perfect for guests who prefer not to have to climb the stairs every evening. The remaining four bedrooms are on the first floor, all beautifully furnished and decorated throughout with lovely linen and some pretty features.
Centre Cliff is probably the most sought after addresses in Southwold - right on the seafront overlooking the beach and the sea. Stroll along the prom to the pier, a prominent landmark in Southwold. Stop off at one of the pubs and lunch or a quick pint, alternatively visit one of the lovely delis, grocers or bakers and pack up a picnic. Shopping is a treat with plenty of high end names and lovely individual delis, bakers and cafes… so there’s no excuse to treat yourself to a coffee and cake! A visit to Southwold wouldn’t be complete without heading off to the pier, dating back to the 1900’s, it was originally built as a landing point for the steamships which use to stop off at the town. The lighthouse may be nearby but don’t forget to visit - this distinctive landmark at the centre of the town has been guiding vessels into the historic harbour since the late 1800’s.
3 Centre Cliff is a property for all seasons - whether you’re planning a festive escape with the sound of the crashing waves or a bucket and spade summer holiday - Book early, you won’t be disappointed!
