A beautifully refurbished Victorian property tucked away in the heart of Aldeburgh, only a short walk to the High Street and the beach. Belstead House offers a large space for a relaxing holiday with family or friends and is idyllically situated for exploring what the Suffolk coast has to offer.

The property provides spacious accommodation with a separate dining room and sitting room alongside a breakfast kitchen with an island and large french doors opening out onto the patio area and garden. The kitchen is well equipped giving you a true home from home experience however, if you are celebrating a special occasion, we can recommend some excellent caterers.

The bedrooms are spread across all three floors of the house, with a double bedroom on the ground floor and the remainder split between the first and second floors. The two bedrooms on the second floor facing the front of the house have views out towards the marshes and all the bedrooms are light and spacious.

The fully enclosed garden at the rear of the property has plenty of seating so that you can enjoy the outdoor space to the full. It provides a peaceful space away from the hustle and bustle of the town but, it is only a short walk away from all of the restaurants, pubs and cafes.

Kitchen
With range style cooker, dishwasher, washing machine,dryer, fridge and freezer and microwave. Seating for three at the breakfast bar along with a dining table and chairs for twelve. The kitchen has large french windows leading to the patio area and rear garden.
Sitting room
With three large sofas to seat twelve, a television with DVD player and a wood burning stove.

Table and chairs to seat twelve.
Bedroom six
With a super-king bed which can also be configured as two 3' single beds.
Cloakroom
With wash basin and WC.
Utility Room
With a butlers sink, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and space to hang coats.

First Floor:

With a super-king size bed, this can be set up as two 3' single beds on request.

Located in Aldeburgh, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Orford Ness National Nature Reserve and Suffolk Coast and Heaths, while Long Shop Museum and Snape Maltings are cultural highlights. RSPB Minsmere and Easton Farm Park are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as sailing.
