Orchard Cottage is set in idyllic rural Suffolk on our smallholding. Wildlife is abundant on Mellis common and the wildflower season from May - July is breathtaking. There is plenty of choice for walking, cycling and horse riding. Local attractions include market towns, farm shops, art trails, fishing, golf courses, historic houses, the coast and much more.
There is a good choice of dog friendly pubs close by. Nearest pub is 500metres away ans open part time . Nearest shops are 2 and 3.5 miles away.
The east coast, Norwich, Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket under 1 hour, Cambridge 1 hour 15mins . Diss to London Liverpool Street is 90 mins .
Outdoor furniture and a barbecue are supplied. Storage for bikes. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome and we ask that they are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture .

Located in Eye, this cottage is in a rural area. Bardwell Windmill and Pakenham Watermill are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Bressingham Steam and Gardens and EmZo. Cotton Mechanical Music Museum and Carters Teapots are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
