The Bothy is a detached property situated four miles from the town of Eye. It houses one double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. On the ground floor you will find a cloakroom with a basin WC, in addition to a sitting room and a kitchen/diner. To the outside, you will find a lawn garden with a summerhouse and furniture, in addition to off-road parking for two cars. The Bothy is a charming getaway to this part of East Anglia.

Town: With a number of shops, pubs and restaurants, the small town of Eye is a well-served town located in the heart of East Anglia. With monthly cinema nights held at the community centre, this charming location is just five miles away from the market town of Diss in the beautiful Waveney Valley. With examples of Georgian and Edwardian buildings as well as an award winning museum and the public park, Eye is a thriving community offering plenty to do. There is a market every Friday and coincides with a local antiques and collectables auction. The town of Stowmarket is close by and provides an 18-hole golf course along with Suffolk's only open-air museum and a variety of shops and pubs.

Located in Eye, this cottage is in a rural area. Helmingham Hall and Framlingham Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wyken Vineyards and Thorpe Woodlands Adventure Centre. Bressingham Steam and Gardens and Banham Zoo are also worth visiting. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like hiking and cycling.
