3 Albion Cottage is an ideal coastal retreat located in the heart of Walberswick, with the sandy beach and two fantastic pubs just a stones throw away! Entering through the front door into the stylish yet comfortable sitting room, with everything you need to relax. Leading on from the sitting room is the open plan kitchen/diner with additional seating area. The cottage has a large garden with seating areas to three sides, allowing guests to enjoy the sun as it moves around. There is off road parking at the back of the holiday cottage. Ground floor Entering into the sitting room with kitchen/diner beyond. There is hard flooring throughout the ground floor. Sitting room Located at the front of the property, this homely sitting room offers a tranquil space to relax in, with two sofas, feature fire place and Smart TV. Kitchen/Diner With an additional seating area, this room offers a space for the whole family to come together, beautifully decorated with a mixture of old and new. The kitchen has everything needed to cook up a storm, with an electric oven with four ring hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster. Sit back and enjoy those culinary delights at the farmhouse style table, comfortably seating four. Shower Room A modern shower suite awaits, with a large walk in shower, wash basin with mirror above, heated towel rail and WC. First Floor Steep straight carpeted stairs with hand rail to either side leads to the first floor landing. Bedroom 1 To the rear of the property, over looking the garden. This room has been beautifully decorated, with the room benefiting from the afternoon sun. Their is a king size bed with bedside tables and lamps, wash basin and chest of drawers for your belongings. Bedroom 2 Located at the front of the property with glimpses of the sea, perfect for both adults and children to enjoy. This room offers two full size single beds with bedside table and lamp in-between. Their is a chest of drawers and wardrobe for your belongings, as well as a basin. Outside 3 Albion Cottage benefits from a wonderful garden, enjoying the afternoon sunshine. There is an outdoor table and chairs with a parasol located on the patio area. Please note there is shared access at the rear of the terraced cottages for neighbors to take bins in and out. There is a permit for a nearby car park provided. Additional cars will need to be parked on nearby roads. Walberswick is a picture-postcard seaside village which has tea rooms, a couple of pubs and a restaurant and is just a short walk from Southwold which has loads to offer from a selection of shops and eateries, a beach, a lighthouse and a pier. Southwold is also home to the famous Adnams Brewery so why not have a tipple and take a tour? Other attractions worth visiting include Framlingham Castle, Halesworth Museum, Ellough Park Karting Circuit, Sutton Hoo and RSPB Minsmere with loads of fantastic walks, hikes and cycle rides to be had anywhere within the Suffolk Coast and Heaths which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. 3 Albion Cottages offers an authentic cottage holiday in a simply sublime setting.
