The Perch, 27 Ferry Road
The Perch is situated in an absolutely magical beachside position in Southwold. To the front are the Dunes and from the first floor balcony there are panoramic sea views. From the rear are views to the town and across the Marshes to the River Blyth with Walberswick beyond; enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the raised deck.
The Perch has been architect designed by the owner and his wife, being newly built in 2012 to the very highest standard. The interior is modern and quirky with original artwork. With a ground floor bedroom and bathroom it offers such versatile accommodation; upstairs is an open plan master suite with large bedroom to the rear (wall to wall glass to enjoy the magnificent views), ensuite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. To the front a large seating area with folding glass doors leads onto a fully glazed balcony with views over the Dunes to the sea beyond. Wow!!!! We make no apology for the superlatives voiced about this superb property!
