The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with AGA cooker, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer, a dining area with seating for four guests, a sitting area with Smart TV, a formal dining room with seating for six guests and an additional sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with roll-top bath and en-suite cloakroom and a double with en-suite shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and hot tub, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.7 miles you will find a shop, and within 1.8 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towel are all included in the price. Waveney Cottage is a wonderful choice for a remote break to the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Bigod's Castle ruins, Buttercross, a Spring Garden market, an antiques fair in the summer, and a Christmas market all draw visitors to nearby Bungay. Beccles, at the head of the Broads, is a bustling market town, and the enchanted Southwold, home to the world's most famous amber shop, is just 30 minutes away along the beautiful Suffolk coast.
