Newly converted former Farrier's Shop which provides a large space for family or friends to spend time in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Freston Forge offers flexible accommodation for family and friends. The Farrier's shop configuration provides two en-suite king-size bedrooms, and a further twin bedroom ideal for children.

Downstairs in the new extension you will find a bright spacious living room with 75" SMART TV, games table and a large comfy sofa with doors providing access to the patio in private garden. The kitchen and dining area can be found in the original part of the building with vaulted ceilings and original quirky features. Appliances include induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a downstairs WC with a doggy shower to clean those muddy paws after those long walks in the countryside!

One bedroom can be found on the ground floor and features a king size bed, SMART TV and storage. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower and bath.

Upstairs you will find the second bedroom which features a king size bed, dressing table, SMART TV and storage. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower. Also upstairs is a quirky twin bedroom ideal for children.

Outside in the sunny garden are a number of seating areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings and well as parking for two cars.
Guest access
During your stay you will have full access to the garden as well as off street parking for two cars.

Dogs are welcome at The Farrier's Shop for an additional cleaning fee. We also provide the doggy essentials for your furry friends, and there is a dog shower by the main door.
Other things to note
In respect of accessibility whilst there is a bedroom on the ground floor there are 2 steps down into the property from the car parking area and 3 steps from the living space into the kitchen.

This vacation home is located in Ipswich. Cardinal Park and Felixstowe Market are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Suffolk Coast and Heaths and Orwell Country Park. Suffolk Leisure Park and Jimmy's Farm are also worth visiting.
