Old Farm is a beautiful traditional period farmhouse with a walled garden near the beach at Walberswick. Accommodation is spacious with four bedrooms for nine guests and retains many original features with beamed ceilings and inglenook fireplaces. The cottage style property is perfect at any time of year with wood stoves and Rayburn to take the chill off the cooler months.
Walberswick is a pretty seaside village on the Suffolk coast with a village green, cafes, deli, pubs and stylish interiors shop and the sandy beach and river. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, characterised by its sand dunes and familiar beach huts. Southwold is just a short walk away, famous for its pier, lighthouse and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

First floor: Master bedroom: double bed, roll top bath Bedroom 2: double bed, day bed (for child only). Ensuite shower room, WC and hand basin (plus bath in bedroom) Bedroom 3: bunk beds (children only). Bedroom 4: Twin beds Family bathroom: bath, WC and hand basin. Entertainment: Smart TV.

Oil fired central heating and 2 wood-burning stoves No smoking. Pets: Two well behaved dogs allowed. Please clean up after your dogs. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. This vacation home is located in Reydon. St Peter's Church, Wenhaston and Halesworth Airfield Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Valley Farm Vineyards and Beccles Lido. Pier and RSPB Minsmere are also worth visiting.
