Colbheinn Cottage is a modern 4-bedroom cottage nestled on the outskirts of the small coastal village of Brora. The cottage benefits from being within easy walking distance of the local amenities, golf course, harbour, and beautiful beach. The historical town of Dornoch is located within a 25-minute drive.
Furnished to a high standard, the cottage can cater up to 7 guests in 4 good-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge perfect for a family Highland retreat.
On the ground floor, the cottage consists of a large lounge/ dining area which is equipped with a grey sofa suite, wood burning stove, 42” flat screen TV with Sky packing including Sky Sports. There is a pull-out dining table seating up to 7 people. There is a modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a fridge with a freezer compartment, pots, pans, and ample kitchenware. The downstairs shower room consists of a shower cubical, toilet and a washbasin.
The downstairs bedroom offers guests a large 6-foot double bed, and bedside cabinets with reading lamps.
On the first floor, the cottage is equipped with a large master bedroom consisting of a large 6-foot double bed, bedside cabinets with reading lamps, and a large free-standing mirror. The third bedroom has two single beds, a bedside cabinet with a reading lamp, chair, and large free-standing mirror. The fourth bedroom has a single bed, bedside cabinet with reading lamp and a chair. The upstairs shower room has a shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.
Colbheinn Cottage is located on the outskirts of the small seaside village of Brora situated in Sutherland on the east coast of the Scottish Highlands. The cottage is on the world-famous North Coast 500 route and is within easy walking distance of the Brora Golf Course and beach. The Clynelish and Brora Distilleries offer private or group tours for visitors and are within a 10-minute drive of the cottage.
One well-behaved pet is welcome at an additional cost – please ask, payment is advance of arrival. All bed linen, towels (one bath and one hand towel per person), electricity, and Wi-Fi are included. There is a wood-burning stove with an initial supply of logs.

This cottage is located in Brora. Orcadian Stone Company and Timespan Heritage Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Big Burn Walk and Golspie Golf Club.
