Ty Bae (Bay House) offers compact, comfortable accommodation on a designated chalet park.
Living Area:
Comprises a fitted kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave and refrigerator with small freezer compartment.
The lounge area has two new comfortable easy chairs with a footstool plus a new two-seater leather settee with comfy cushions and throws to snuggle into. Shelving is available for your books and CD’s and other possessions. A wall mounted TV with in-built DVD player and small radio are in situ. The dining table seats can seat six.
Wifi is available at the chalet.

Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. Each bedroom has a sturdy chest of drawers, a chair plus a small wardrobe, equipped with coat hangers Shelving is in place for your possessions.

Bedding
The following is provided:
4 Duvets with covers
2 pillows (with cases) per bed
Mattress protectors
Fitted sheets
Lightweight blanket per bed.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Shower room/toilet
A good sized bathroom with good quality shower, toilet, heated towel rail and wash basin with sockets for electric toothbrushes and razors. Bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.


Outside space
The chalet is detached and sits in its own flat, grassed area with a small “sunset patio” to the side. Patio furniture is provided with umbrella, plus seat pads and some comfy blankets for cuddling into should the day turn cool.

Designated private parking for 2 medium sized cars adjacent the Chalet. Some visitor parking also.

Located in Swansea, this chalet is near the beach. RSPB Cwm Clydach Reserve and WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Clyne Gardens and Blackpill Lido. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at St Helens Rugby and Cricket Ground or Laserzone. Surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
