When you’re not relaxing by the pool enjoy the attractions of Gower on your doorstep. Visit Port Eynon and Horton Beach (0.2 miles), Three Cliffs Bay (6 miles), Rhossili (5 miles), Oxwich Bay (4 miles) and many others all within easy reach. Much-loved Mumbles (14 miles) makes for a fun family day out, with its Victorian Pier, Oystermouth Castle and range of independent boutiques and cafes. Golfers can choose from a range of courses nearby; Pennard Golf Club, Fairwood and Langland to name but a few.

This first floor apartment has its own private staircase access to the side of the main house. When you enter the apartment the open-plan kitchen and living room with plush soft seating, welcomes you. The twin bedroom with views is also on this floor. Going back to the entrance area, you will find the staircase which will take you up the stairs and lead you to the king bedroom complete with a balcony where you can enjoy the spectacular country and sea views.

Venturing outside, you will find the communal lawned garden with seating areas.

This apartment is located in Swansea. Oxwich Castle and Mumbles Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include National Trust Rhossili Shop & Visitor Centre and Clyne Gardens. Blackpill Lido and WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre are also worth visiting.
