Avoca is a cosy semi detached property in the heart of Llangenith, situated on the doorstep of one of the best pubs/restaurants in the area, the Kings Head. Just a mere 5 min drive (0.8) miles away from the breath takingly beautiful Llangennith beach, which is dog friendly 12 months of the year and a short drive to Rhossili’s award winning beach. Regularly voted in the top 10 beaches of the world, this needs to be visited on your stay.
The property has its own drive way and can accommodate 2 cars comfortably off the road, and a good size garden out the back with plenty of space for the kids to play or for you to relax in the sun. There is outdoor furniture as well as a BBQ.
Inside you will find a spacious lounge area with 2 sofas and 2 giant bean bags which the kids will go wild for! There is a small table in the lounge, with 2 seats for a relaxing bottle of wine in the evenings. There is a smart TV in the lounge with free view channels and can be connected to the Wifi for use with your own digital accounts like Netflix etc.
The kitchen is well equipped for convenience, including a washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob cooker, electric oven and combi microwave. The kitchen is also equipped with a good-sized table for meals, and seats 6 people comfortably.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen size bed (5ft) wardrobe, draws and bed side tables. The 2nd bedroom is also has a queen size bed, wardrobe, bed side tables plus full length mirrors in both rooms. The 3rd bedroom is a children’s room with a bunk bed which is more suitable for children than adults, but will accommodate at a push.
The bathroom contains a toilet, bath and shower cubicle all in the same room. From the bedrooms there are views out over the stunning rural countryside
This property is perfect for families or people looking to come and enjoy the Gowers beautiful scenery and rich heritage.
