This Visit Wales 4 Star Quality property offers a fantastic location for guests to enjoy a relaxing seaside holiday. The wonderful seafront and beaches can be accessed directly, with the coastal path being a short stroll from the property. The vibrant village of Mumbles is home to a bustling seafront promenade where guests can enjoy a range of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The family friendly beaches of Langland and Caswell are all less than a mile away, with its very own seafront bistro. The impressive castle located on Oystermouth hilltop boasts wonderful views over the beautiful coastline below. Enjoy leisurely strolls along the seafront, pier and coastal paths, or a round of golf at the scenic Langland Golf Club, overlooking both Langland and Caswell Bay. Other Gower beaches a short drive away include secluded Pwll Du, mesmerising Three Cliffs Bay with its wonderful views and meandering river, the vast sands of Oxwich and Port Eynon and the breath-taking Rhossili and Worms Head at the far end of the peninsular. Gower is a true ramblers paradise and other activities on offer include surfing, body boarding, kayaking, coasteering, climbing and horse riding. As you enter this sweet property you enter the entrance hallway the perfect space to kick off your walking boots and to hang your coats. Then through to the spacious ground floor rooms, the first room to your right is the cosy lounge area with large bay window the perfect space to relax after a busy day exploring. Located next door to the cosy lounge is the formal dining room with a wood burner effect electric fire, adding to the ambience whilst you all enjoy a home cooked meal together. As you stroll through the dining area, you will reach the spacious kitchen with added breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen area is fully-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Leading off the kitchen you will find a handy shower room with shower and WC and, further beyond a spacious sun room with comfy seating and views out across the patio, garden and distant sea views. As you head back to the hallway and up the first flight of stairs, you will reach the split-level landing, ahead you will find the spacious bathroom with shower over bath and WC, as you walk a few more steps you will reach two bedrooms, a cosy bunk bedroom (suitable size for adults), with distant sea views and a spacious super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with Sky TV and double fronted bay windows. As you climb an additional flight of stairs you will reach the spacious master double bedroom with Sky TV, with distant sea views, a large window seat to enjoy a good book whilst enjoying coastal views and the perfect space to enjoy a good nights rest.
Heading outside you will enjoy a wonderful enclosed garden with patio and decking area perfect for al-fresco dining and wonderful space to enjoy the evening sun. Beyond there is a large lawned area with views over Mumbles Bay in the distance. There is roadside parking.
