Very light hall with downstairs cloakroom off hall. Hall leads to a spacious through lounge dining room. From the lounge window and driveway the sea is visible. The dining room leads through to a lovely size kitchen with full facilities, including a dishwasher and breakfast area. The utility room houses a washing machine, microwave and an additional sink unit to the kitchen - this leads to a side entrance and garden. Access to the back garden can also be made from the Dining Room and Kitchen.

Conditions: Must use throws on lounge furniture and protector on dining room table.

There are 4 bedrooms - 2 single; 1 double and 1 King size. Three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom and a separate bathroom, with bath and shower serving the remaining bedrooms. The house will accommodate 6 people.

This vacation home is located in Swansea. Mumbles Lighthouse and Dylan Thomas Birth Place are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Clyne Gardens and Blackpill Lido. LC Swansea and Swansea Observatory are also worth visiting.
