A 5 minute walk away from the coast, explore the beach and sand dunes at Oxwich, discover The Salt House ruins and wine and dine at the Michelin Star & finalist on The Great British Menu; The Beach House Restaurant.

- Kitchen & utilities: Recently refurbished open plan kitchen complete with built-in oven/grill, American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher centre island with induction hob and bi-fold doors leading out onto the garden. Utility room with washing machine, dishwasher, and wash basin.
- Entertainment: Smart TV and WiFi.
- For families: Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Please bring your own cot linen. Child's potty, stool and toilet seat also available on request.
- Outside: The house is set back from the road with space for three cars and a front lawn and patio. To the rear is a private lawn with washing line (accessible via two steps) and patio with teak table and chairs; seating 8. The outdoor space can be secured via the front gate.
- Parking: Off road parking for 3 cars
- General: WiFi, bed linen and towels included, heating and electricity included. Starter pack of logs, firelighters and matches provided for wood burner.
