Enjoy a unique coastal staycation at this 19th century chapel conversion in a peaceful and secluded part of Newton village, perfectly situated for discovering Gower's stunning beaches and breath-taking landscapes. The authentic charm and character from decorative beams, original archways and vaulted ceilings is perfectly balanced with the more contemporary fixtures and fittings. A grand, light-filled living/dining area with grand pianep and wood burner leads off into a fitted galley kitchen and an elegant king bedroom and shower room complete the ground floor. Upstairs lies 2 further bedrooms (one with en suite shower room) as well as a welcoming family bathroom with claw-foot tub. T enclosed lawned garden with steps leading up to a larger courtyard area is an ideal setting for you and your four-legged friends to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Browse the shops and eateries of Mumbles (0.3mi) or stroll along beaches at Rotherslade (0.7mi) and Langland (0.9mi) - both of which are connected via a scenic coastal path and share between them a stunning stretch of sand, picturesque beach huts, popular seafront brasserie and cliff-top golf course. Slightly further afield are some of South Gower's best beaches, including Caswell, Oxwich and Three Cliffs Bay.
