The farm is situated just off Welshmoor Common, a site of Specific Scientific Interest and home to the decorative breed of Jacob sheep. It is the perfect spot for nature lovers, ramblers and cyclists, surrounded by lambs in the spring months and an adjacent pond offers sightings of herons and ducks. The nearby village of Llanridian has a pretty church and two pubs including The Welcome Country Pub & Kitchen, recommended for eating out. There are several good pubs within a short drive, as are the Gower beaches and other local attractions including King Arthur's stone, Colver hole and Oxwich Castle.
