This is a traditional 2 bedroom terraced ‘Sunderland Cottage’ (almost unique to the city of Sunderland), built around 1900, originally for shipyard workers, with some original features such as the fireplaces still present today. Ideal for contractors or those visiting Sunderland for pleasure, this quiet residential location is perfect for a cosy stay. The property has 2 double beds upstairs and a sofa bed in the dining room. You must request linen for the sofa bed prior to your stay.

Please note this is a residential area and as such is not suitable for parties or large groups and loud noise. This property is fitted with a noise and occupancy monitor and if guests disrupt neighbours you will be removed from the property and lose your deposit. You must be min 25 years old to stay at this property.

This vacation home is located in Sunderland. Monkwearmouth Station Museum and Sunderland Empire are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at George Washington Golf Club and Pelaw Grange Greyhound Stadium. The Marsden Grotto and Ocean Beach Pleasure Park are also worth visiting.
