This cosy 2 bedroom terraced house offers a stylish accommodation just a few minutes drive from Sunderland city centre. Near all local amenities but far enough to enjoy the quite you may struggle to get in the city centre. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room easily accommodating for 5-6 guests.
Cosy and homely this Flat located just outside the centre of Sunderland and within walking distance to the royal hospital is a great getaway for anyone wanting to be close to all local amenities but far enough away from the centre to enjoy that bit more peace and quiet.

The flat boasts a downstairs and upstairs with the downstairs having a freshly refurbished kitchen with all of the necessary equipment for our guests such as an oven & hob, washing machine, fridge and even a coffee machine!
The upstairs has 2 bedrooms the biggest room has one normal double bed with a chest of draws and wardrobe for the guests to store any goods. The smaller room out of the two has a small double bed easily big enough for two people with a clothes rail and a desk and chair for guests wanting to use a laptop or do some work. The living room is also located on this floor where you will find the stylish sofa bed also sleeping 2 guests along with the television and dining table appropriate for 4 people to eat at a time.

This vacation home is located in Sunderland. Sunderland Empire and Ryhope Engines Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Penshaw Monument and Souter Point Lighthouse.
