A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage nestled at the foot of Penshaw monument, a much loved property in the town of Sunderland. Boasting 3 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling.

Propoerty was built in 1879 and forms part of the Old Coxgreen School. Formally yhe head masters premises now converted to enjoy as holiday listing.

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This cottage has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a King size bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is a downstairs modern walk-in shower with toilet and sink
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and roll top bath with plenty of character


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property for upto 3 cars.
- Pets are allowed at the property but MUST remain downstairs in the tiled areas. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms and on beds.
Pets must be cleaned down prior to entering the property

This cottage is located in Sunderland. North East Aircraft Museum and Sunderland Empire are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Karting North East and Ocean Beach Pleasure Park. Wet 'n' Wild Water Park and The Marsden Grotto are also worth visiting.
