Accessed via an immaculate gravel driveway, shared with the owner, you will find parking for two cars at this pet-friendly abode. Entering the property into the open-plan living area, you will find stunning features, including oak beams on the walls and ceiling, and a fantastic skylight above the dining table. The sitting room area has a sofa and armchair to relax on, whilst enjoying watching the Smart TV, reading one of the provided books or throwing open the French doors that lead onto the decking area at the front of the property and admiring your peaceful location. The village of Halford is a short walk away and has a shop for your essential amenities, while its location along the Fosse Way provides ample walking trails along the Warwickshire countryside. The market town of Shipston-on-Stour is just over three miles away, with a a selection of shops, restaurants, pubs, and a 17th century church. Further afield is Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare and home to attractions including Shakespeare's Birthplace, Anne Hathaway's Cottage, the Medieval Holy Trinity Church which is the burial site of the poet, plus Stratford Butterfly Farm, a tropical greenhouse filled with butterflies. The town of Warwick, on the River Avon, is well-worth visiting, with its famous castle, discovered by William the Conqueror and St Mary's Chruch, an 11th century building complete with Norman crypt and a tower that offers incredible views. Venture into the Cotswolds AONB, which begins approximately 3.5 miles from the property, and admire honeypot villages, thatched roof cottages and distinctive yellow limestone churches and stately homes, amidst a backdrop of lush rolling countryside. Visit Hidcote Manor Garden, one of the best-known arts & crafts gardens in the UK, and Snowshill Manor and Garden, a 16th century manor house and gardens, both owned by the National Trust. See the UNESCO World Heritage Site Blenheim Palace, an incredible Oxfordshire country house and residence of the Dukes of Marlborough, and Sudeley Castle, with its chapel, St. Mary's Sudeley, best known for being the burial place of King Henry VIII's sixth wife, Queen Catherine Parr.
