Accessed via an immaculate gravel driveway, shared with the owner, you will find parking for two cars at this pet-friendly abode. Entering the property into the open-plan living area, you will find stunning features, including oak beams on the walls and ceiling, and a fantastic skylight above the dining table. The sitting room area has a sofa and armchair to relax on, whilst enjoying watching the Smart TV, reading one of the provided books or throwing open the French doors that lead onto the decking area at the front of the property and admiring your peaceful location. The contemporary kitchen has a double oven, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, plus all the other modern conveniences you could wish for during your stay, with charming pale green painted cupboards providing a splash of colour to this neutral, bright and airy space. The village of Halford is a short walk away and has a shop for your essential amenities, while its location along the Fosse Way provides ample walking trails along the Warwickshire countryside. The market town of Shipston-on-Stour is just over three miles away, with a a selection of shops, restaurants, pubs, and a 17th century church. Further afield is Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare and home to attractions including Shakespeare's Birthplace, Anne Hathaway's Cottage, the Medieval Holy Trinity Church which is the burial site of the poet, plus Stratford Butterfly Farm, a tropical greenhouse filled with butterflies. The town of Warwick, on the River Avon, is well-worth visiting, with its famous castle, discovered by William the Conqueror and St Mary's Chruch, an 11th century building complete with Norman crypt and a tower that offers incredible views.
