On the outskirts of the bustling town of Stratford-upon-Avon you can relax in the village of Tiddington. Just 1.2 miles or 2 kilometres from Stratford. It's a pleasurable walk into town or you might be lucky and catch the river taxi.
Tiddington provides tranquillity at the end of a busy day. The village has great amenities including a village pub, grocery shop and several restaurants.
Fernleigh Coach House was built in 1882 but converted in 2012 to the highest standards. It retains exposed beams and walls, enhanced with limestone and oak floors throughout.
There is a light and airy kitchen with hand painted shaker units and French doors opening onto a sunny patio and parterre garden.
The living room has an exposed brick wall and beams with a stable door which opens to let the sun flow in.
The downstairs shower room is tiled in limestone with a double shower.
Stairs lead to the first floor bedroom with double bed and French doors with juliet balcony overlooking the garden.
Outside there is a good sized private patio and parterre garden for you to enjoy al fresco dining.
The detached property is located within the grounds of the owners home, but private and secluded. Access is via a gravelled driveway.
Stratford is only a short drive or walk, but in the village you can relax and enjoy good food and ales at the local village pub (The Crown), Connolly’s Tapas Bar, Mr Chan’s Chinese restaurant or Aladdin’s award winning Indian restaurant. There is also a good sized and well stocked village shop.
There is free parking on-street or pay & display parking available at the village pub. However, there is no dedicated parking on the property.
