Our cosy holiday home is situated right in the very heart of Shakespeare’s home town. Shakespeare's birthplace is just 4 minutes’ walk away. No car is required as you can walk everywhere!!

We have put into place a vigilant cleaning and disinfecting regime of the whole property in between guest stays to prevent infection. These include:
1. Washing of bedding outsourced, thoroughly bleaching all bathroom floors, showers, sinks and fridges with all hard floors being and surfaces being cleaned with antibacterial spray this also includes high touch areas such as door handles, tables, and keys.
2. Hand wash will be in both the Kitchen and bathroom.
3. Hand sanitiser will be made available (Please remove your shoes on carpeted areas to prevent any contamination staying on the carpet).
4. We now meet most guests when entering the property if around. If not this will be done via lock box which will be cleaned with antibacterial spray or wipes after each guest visit.
5. The property will be fully ventilated in between Guest stays! We do not supply face masks.
6. A good supply of cleaning products needed for your stay and will be available at the property for your use. (Please do not put antibacterial wipes down the toilet as the pipes are old and this will cause a blockage because the pipes are narrow and old).
