There are shops, pubs and take away's within walking distance and there is easy access to the main bus routes in and out of the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay, including a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine as well as a complete range of crockery, cutlery, cups & glasses.

The lounge area is set up to help you relax after a busy day and has a SMART TV so you can catch up on your favorite show or film on Netflix. The comfy sofa can also be turned in to an extra bed for additional guests.

The bathroom has a power shower over the bath.
