Cedar House Cottage is a newly renovated and beautifully presented cottage in a quiet village location, overlooking a tiny village green with seating beneath the wide-spreading tree. The peaceful rural setting hides the fact that this is a busy area with all sorts of activities and attractions within easy reach.
The village of Marston is centrally located, close to the borders of Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire. Local attractions include the extensive Kingsbury Water Park and nearby Meadow Nature Reserve. The Belfry Golf Course is a must for golf enthusiasts, whilst The Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield (granted its status by Henry VIII in 1528) is home to Sutton Arts Theatre and the delightful Sutton Park. You are also within 10 miles of Tamworth Snowdome and within 30 miles of Warwick Castle! After the day’s activities, there are many local pubs to choose from, ranging from family-friendly restaurants to gastro delights, where you can sample some local produce.

Ground Floor:
Living Room: open plan but with two distinct areas for dining and for relaxing; a good sized dining table offers plenty of space for sociable meals whilst the adjacent lounge area has two large, comfortable sofas and wall-mounted Smart TV; there is an additional armchair for quiet reading and a selection of books.
Kitchen: fitted in contemporary farmhouse style with an electric range cooker, microwave, Belfast style sink and a breakfast bar with four bar stools. The adjacent Utility Room is similarly fitted incorporating a range of integrated appliances – large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a range of useful appliances.
Shower Room: contemporary suite featuring a walk-in shower enclosure, WC and basin.
Rear Porch: providing storage space and access to the garden.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: with king size bed and bedroom suite in cool white shades.
Bedroom 2: also with king size bed white bedroom suite.
Bedroom 3: with double bed and large chest of drawers.
Bathroom: a spacious room with large freestanding bath, hand-held shower attachment, WC and basin.
Outside: a lawned garden surrounds the cottage, with hedges providing a good degree of privacy.
Parking: easy on street parking, usually possible immediately adjacent to the cottage.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Central heating (underfloor downstairs, radiators upstairs) and electricity are included.
