A 15 minute flat walk (or 2 minute drive) from the historic centre of Stratford Upon Avon, with off street parking for 2 cars and additional free on street parking available, our three storey town house is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has recently been re-furbished throughout.

The house is located right on Stratford Race Course, with an unobstructed view and no road in between. The view is fantastic.

Everything you need is at hand, from a cooker to hairdryers, two 3 seater sofas to the best view in Stratford Upon Avon, with 75+ acres of beautiful greenery right in front of the house. Yours to enjoy. The house is situated in a quiet road with no through traffic.

You will have total privacy at all times, with exclusive use of the property. It really is a lovely quiet area.

This a self catering property. Sheets and towels are provided but we do not provide meals. There are basic supplies such as tea/coffee/sugar etc. but you will need to bring and prepare your own food.

If you need a Cot or High Chair please let us know at the time that you book the property as these are provided on request only.
