Free on-street parking in a residential location for easy access to the town centre, train station, university, and the University Hospital of Coventry and Warwickshire. 
The beautiful lounge comes with a 50-inch Smart TV (including Netflix), a large comfortable 3-seater sofa-bed and lounge chair, making it the perfect space to relax. The dining area with table and chairs is available to enjoy meals. The corner of the room provides a desk and chair to allow homeworking. Fast Wi-Fi internet is included.
This comfortable, stylish, and bright property features a fully equipped kitchen, ready to prepare and cook your favourite meals during your stay. A washing machine, oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, and all cooking utensils are provided. The modern family bathroom is located downstairs behind the kitchen consisting of shower over bath, wash basin and toilet.
