Large living room with a table that can be used as a desk. The flat has a huge balcony extending all the way from the living room to the main bedroom, where you can have breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset.

Parking inside the building is allowed for one car in the allocated bay, provided parking was booked beforehand. A parking badge will be made available for your use alongside the keys.
CCTV in the hallway inside the property pointed at the entrance door (and nowhere else). CCTV must stay on during the entirety of the stay and must not be tampered with, otherwise the booking will be terminated and the deposit forfeited.
