There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath (and shower over bath) and the other with a shower.There will be complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels supplied for your use. There is also 1 free parking space allocated to the property.

There is a communal roof terrace that you can access during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the entire apartment.

Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

Other Things to Note:
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.
