This house is in Charlton about 2 miles from the Festival of Speed car parks and less than 4 miles from Goodwood Motor Circuit, making it ideal for Goodwood Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival enthusiasts. There are large, immaculate entertaining spaces and the property has private parking and a pretty garden.

There are five double bedrooms, three bathrooms and, essentially for the modern traveller, there is a high-speed, full-fibre internet connection and a large flat screen TV in the living room.

Guests will really enjoy the house, not only because it just minutes from the race track but also because the living areas are ideal for corporate entertainment with large, uncluttered spaces which are beautifully maintained and very comfortable. There is also an extremely popular and characterful pub called the Fox Goes Free within 5 minutes’ walk which has an excellent restaurant.

The well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor opens onto a light and airy conservatory with both seating and dining areas which leads onto to a more formal, spacious living room. There is also a cloak room on this floor.

Upstairs the master bedroom has an en-suite shower and bathroom. Bedroom two has en suite shower room; the other bedrooms share the third bathroom. All bed sizes are shown on the floorplan. Please note that the house does not have air conditioning but there are fans in each bedroom for the few balmy nights we have in the UK!

The garden has outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the early evening sunshine after an exciting days racing. Private parking for two cars is provided directly in front of the property, and, if required, further off-road parking is available a little further down the road.



Located in Chichester, this vacation home is in a rural area. Goodwood House and Goodwood Estate Country Park are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Bishop's Palace Gardens and South Downs Planetarium and Science Centre. Lakeside Superbowl and Arundel Lido are also worth visiting. Break out the clubs and hit the links with a golf course nearby, or seek out an adventure with cycling.
