There are two designated parking spaces at The Sea House. Additional cars can park on the road for free. Rear garden is fully fenced. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Whether you want to stay in Selsey for a holiday or because you’re in the area to work, you’ll surely cherish being able to throw open the curtains every morning and see the sea. It’s something that can’t fail to raise a smile.

Selsey is an attractive seaside town on the southernmost point of the Manhood Peninsula. While cliff top walks, swimming and beach games may be top of your to do list, there are also plenty of great food and drinks spots nearby.

There are plenty of pubs and restaurants close to the house. The Seal has 5 star reviews for food. You'll also find two supermarkets and a bakery all within walking distance or a short drive. The renowned Crab and Lobster Restaurant in Sidlesham is a 10 minute drive away.

Selsey is located about eight miles south of Chichester, at the southernmost point of the Manhood Peninsula.
By Car: The house is around two hours from London.
By Train: The nearest train station is Chichester Station which is around 20-minutes from the property. There is a regular bus service to Selsey.
By Air: The nearest airport is London, Gatwick which is around 1 ½ hrs from the house.

There is no direct beach access from the house. Safe access to the beach is a 2 minute walk via the slipway.

★ DOGS ★

A maximum of two small dogs are welcome at the house. Please keep dogs off furniture and clean up after them.
