## Neighborhood

The flat is next to the beach and right in the centre, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and attractions of all types. The newly built British Airways i360 is a 2 minute walk away where you can see great views of the entire city. In a 10 minute walk you can go shopping in Brighton's main shopping centre, Churchill Square, or take a trip to the quirky and bustling Brighton Lanes. It is in a very safe area and has some great local pubs nearby.

## Transit

15 minute walk to Brighton train station, and near to most of the of main bus routes and taxis. Public parking is available on the seafront or in the Regency car park which is a 3 minute walk.
