The space
You enter this cozy ground floor apartment from it's own private entrance which is set back from the road. You are welcomed into the open plan living space with a beautiful modern kitchen with stone worktops, and the well appointed living area with large dining table. All of which is well decorated with house plants and beautiful artwork. There is a large flat screen TV and from the sofa there is a view out of the patio doors which lead to the fully enclosed sunny garden. There is a large bedroom with a king size bed and luxury EVE mattress. The bathroom is modern with a shower over the bath.

To the rear of the property there is private parking and additional parking on the street if needed.
