The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining area for four. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.
The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second has twin beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The nearest train station, Brighton, is just a 10-minute walk.
Gatwick Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.
## Notes
Our home is located conveniently in Brighton. Key pickup is a few minutes away on foot, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
Located in Brighton, this apartment is in the city center. Brighton Clock Tower and Peace Statue are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include The "Doughnut and Brighton Pier. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at The 1st Central County Ground Hove or Brighton and Hove Greyhound Stadium. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like hiking/biking trails and cycling.
