The Granary is set in a stunning rural location with views across the countryside. This beautiful conversion has been sympathetically completed retaining traditional features and offering modern conveniences, its a real treat to stay here.

Through the main doors you enter the sitting room with vaulted ceilings and furnished with vast comfortable sofas a lovely log burner, there is a TV in this room and also a projector with a selection of movies to enjoy. This room is open plan to the kitchen area where the host has provided everything you could need to comfortably self cater for your stay including dishwasher, electric oven and hob, large fridge freezer, toaster kettle and cafetiere. The large dining table is adjacent to the kitchen area and has plenty of comfortable seating for you to sit and enjoy your evening meal.

To the side of the barn on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a wet room with double vanity unit and WC.

Up the stairs to the first floor there is a a desk area over looking the sitting room from the galleried landing. From here there is a further double bedroom and a family bathroom with bath and WC.

The garden area is to the side of the barn and has plenty of seating for guests to sit out and enjoy the tranquilly of the countryside.

There is guest parking available.

The Granary is situated in a stunning semi rural location in Bosham, as you approach the house along the private driveway you are treated to beautiful views of The Cathedral and The Downs beyond. Bosham itself is a quaint village on Chichester Harbour with beautiful walks along the shore line. A must visit during your stay is Bosham Walk Art & Crafts Centre home to independent artists and a lovely coffee shop and ice cream parlour. The Anchor Blu does fantastic meals and the garden is on the harbour wall so the views are lovely.

Just a short distance to the east you will find The Cathedral City of Chichester and just to the north of here the Goodwood Estate, home to The Revival and Festival of Speed as well as the newly famous Goodwoof!

To the west you can easily access Portsmouth home to Gunwharf Quays for outlet shopping and The Historic Dockyard.

This cottage is located in Chichester. Fishbourne Roman Palace and Fishbourne Palace & Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Lakeside Superbowl and South Downs Planetarium and Science Centre. West Sussex Falconry and West Sands Fun Fair are also worth visiting.
